💰Staking and Rewards

Stake

Users can stake LMS Tokens on the protocol, this will send LMS tokens from the user's wallet to the staking contract and the tokens will be locked up there. Now, why would you do that? As soon as you stake tokens on the protocol a percentage part of it is sent to a Jackpot Pool and you now have the chance of winning the jackpot. Staking of tokens can only be done once every 24hrs per user to mitigate sniping of the jackpot amount and so that investors do not fall in FOMO. There is a minimum amount of tokens a user can invest and is subject to change, this has been implemented to bring a little more fairness between big and small ticket investors.

Unstake

Users can unstake LMS Tokens on the protocol, this will send LMS tokens back to their own wallet. Tokens can be unstaked only after 24hrs have passed since the user has last staked.

Rewards

There will be regular reward events where investors on the protocol will earn a percentage APY on their staked tokens. Users will be able to claim rewards once every day as rewards are calculated on a daily basis.

Rewards can also be compounded, this will cause the reward balance to be added to your staked balance and save on taxes.
